And although we often joke in my family about Hollywood Studios being a food desert, there actually are a few terrific options for breakfast.

Best quick service breakfast at Hollywood Studios

Morning is the best time to ride the rides at Hollywood Studios, so if that is your plan you’ll want to go the quick service route! Luckily, the best breakfasts in Hollywood Studios tend to be quick service.

1. My favorite is Ronto Roasters

Head over to Galaxy’s Edge for a delicious start to your day at Ronto Roasters. Although there are only a few options, they are all standouts for breakfast, and if I want to actually eat breakfast at the park, this is usually my favorite choice.

The Ronto breakfast wrap (with or without sausage) is full of flavor. The peppercorn sauce really makes it, and it’s VERY filling. In fact, I never order it unless I have someone to split it with.

The other option at Ronto Roasters is the Rising Moon Overnight Oats. My kids really love this one, and it’s pretty too! Talk about Instagram-worthy if you are into that.

2. The Trolley Car Cafe

Sometimes strong coffee is what you need most in the morning, and if you are a Starbucks regular, then The Trolley Car Cafe will deliver.

Get your favorite Starbucks breakfast and drink to start your day. What makes this location extra fun is that you can often find a few unique items like the carrot cake cookie or a Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Roll.

The other bonus to The Trolley Car Cafe is that it’s by far the most affordable quick-service breakfast at Hollywood Studios (which knowing how expensive Starbucks can be is saying something about Disney food prices!).

3. Woody’s Lunchbox

A new (and welcome) addition to the best quick-service breakfasts in Hollywood Studios is Woody’s Lunchbox. On our last trip, we tried the breakfast bowl which was loaded with tots, eggs, sausage gravy, and green onions. Add a little hot sauce and you’ve got a filling and affordable meal.

Another popular choice at Woody’s Lunchbox is the Lunch Box Tart. They look like homemade pop tarts and have a variety of sweet fillings. Perfect with a cup of coffee!

There really isn’t much to choose from for table service breakfast at Hollywood Studios, but here are your best options.

4. Oga’s Cantina

A bar for breakfast? You’re on vacation, so why not? Actually, Oga’s Cantina is a fantastic experience for Star Wars fans and since it’s so challenging to get a reservation for the afternoon or evening, you might have better luck at breakfast.

Seating is limited, so you’ll probably end up standing up at a bar, but it could be a fun way to start your Hollywood Studios day.

There are only a few food choices, but you will find plenty of unique drinks (both with and without alcohol) and you can’t beat the atmosphere!

5. Hollywood & Vine

Currently, the only other table service breakfast at Hollywood Studios is Hollywood & Vine, and it’s a character breakfast. Hopefully, Disney will add at least one more choice for table service down the road to this park!

Hollywood & Vine is a breakfast buffet. At breakfast, you’ll get to enjoy all the normal Disney favorites like Micky waffles, eggs & bacon, and more. Yum! Breakfast runs from 8:30 to 10:30, and you’ll want to make a reservation ahead of time.

6. Anaheim Produce

Head down the street towards Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller Coaster and you’ll see Anaheim Produce on your left.

If you just want to grab something quick to tide you over until lunch, you can pick up some fresh fruit and water. If you find it challenging to eat healthy while traveling, this is a great way to start your day off on a healthier and lighter note.

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

There are several spots to enjoy Joffrey’s at Hollywood Studios, so if you aren’t a Starbucks addict, or just want something different, stop by one of these locations for a quick breakfast.

7. Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company at Tower of Terror

Near the Tower of Terror entrance is one of Joffrey’s coffee stands. You’ll find all your standard coffee drinks here along with some assorted pastries. There’s usually some type of special drink for the season too.

🌟 Insider tip: If you have someone who doesn’t enjoy Tower of Terror, then send them a text to get in line as soon as the rest of the party is getting ready to board their elevator.

8. Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company in Pixar Place

The second Joffrey’s is located at the entrance (heading into the park to the right of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway) of Toy Story Land. Although it’s just a coffee stand, the line to this one can get VERY long, so beware – everyone wants their coffee in the morning.

The menu is the same – expresso beverages, assorted tea-based drinks, a few spirited beverages, and assorted pastries.

9. BaseLine Tap House

An unusual breakfast choice, but a valid one if you can wait until 11 to eat (which if you grab a granola bar and coffee in your room before you arrive is pretty easy to do), is to stop at the BaseLine Tap House right when it opens.

We often do this as the park is starting to get really crowded by 11:00, and after a morning of riding rides and standing in lines it’s nice to sit down and relax.

Share a Bavarian Pretzel or a Charcuterie plate and a special soda or beer and you’ve got a nice, light brunch.

Eat before you arrive

The final suggestion is for visitors who value rides over food. Instead of eating at Hollywood Studios at all, grab a bite to eat in your room. You’ll save time and money. In fact, if cutting costs is important to you for your Disney vacation, this is an easy way to do it.

Just by making your own coffee (all the rooms have coffee makers) and enjoying bagels, cereal, yogurt, or other simple breakfasts you can make in your room, you’ll easily save $30 or more for a family of 4!
