It’s what so many of us strive for – and if you ask most parents, the vast majority will say that over wealth or fame, it’s what they desire for their kids. The great thing about happiness is that although most of us have a set happiness “point,” we ALL have the ability to raise that general level of happiness – without making more money or becoming famous.
Happiness has also been correlated with better health, both in individuals and communities. Let’s face it, it doesn’t really matter how fit or healthy you are, if you aren’t happy, you won’t enjoy it.

Enjoy today. Don’t live in the past or the future
Make some time for yourself today. Even a 15-minute coffee or reading break can improve your mood – or how about a walk outside? Talk about mood-boosting!
