Crunchy Kale Chips!
This has got to be the easiest way to enjoy Kale – and it’s very tasty too!
Crunchy Kale Chips
1 head kale – remove stems and tear into chip size pieces
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
Simply pre-heat your oven to 325, spread the kale over a cookie sheet, drizzle with oil and salt and then use your hands to mix it all up. Bake at 325 for about 15 to 20 minutes until crunchy (depends upon the size of your kale chips and your oven). Make sure and flip them all around at least once during the baking process. Cool and enjoy!
