Ready for a super simple, last minute but DELICIOUS Thanksgiving appetizer?

Remember that yummy sun dried tomato pesto we made a few weeks ago?

Pull that out of the freezer, thaw about 1/3 cup of it, dump it over a block of cream cheese and serve with Triscuits or some homemade crackers.

Easy, yummy and a nice change of pace from the typical cheese and meat tray.
