Essential Oils for the School Year

It’s week two of school here in my neck of the woods, so we are fully back to the grind.  Time for me to stock up on the essential oils I use the most in the Fall!Young Living Oil

So what exactly am I most fond of ordering (and using) during this season?  Here are the oils I reach for most often in August and September:

Lavender – this one is a daily oil in my household.  I mix a bit with my moisturizer every morning.

Lemon – my middle school daughter uses this one sparingly on her face in the evenings – never in the morning though as it can be sensitive to light.

Thieves – we all roll a bit of this oil on our feet every night before bed.

Clarity – As soon as I sit down at my desk I dab a bit of this one on my temples.

Stress Away roll -on – midday is the time I roll a bit of this oil on my lower back and back of my neck.  Ahhh!

In addition to the oils, I also stock up on Vitamin C and Thieves hand sanitizer (the little bottles are perfect for backpacks).

Why do I buy and use all this in the Fall?  Simply because for my family they work wonders in keeping us balanced and ready for anything.

  1. Great suggestions…I’m a kindergarten teacher so I need protection from lots of germs AND calming scents for myself. I put this on my reading list to refer to.
