Fresh Guacamole
Ready to make some fresh guacamole? We LOVE guacamole in our house (otherwise known as “green candy”). In fact, we love it so much that I make it three or four times a week. It’s a rare week we don’t have avocados on the counter ready to go. Since Cinco de Mayo is Sunday, I figured I’d better share it!
This guacamole recipe is so simple and so delicious that I’ll often make it to enjoy with dinner, for our after school snack, lunch, heck I even make it in the condo when we travel. Get out your ingredients and you’ll be eating it in less than five minutes. Ready for some green candy?
