Do you love peanut butter and chocolate?
Do you sometimes just want a little bite of something that tastes truly decadent?
Do you want a special treat that you can make ahead, keep in the freezer and not feel guilty about enjoying?
Read on . . .
This will take you less than 10 minutes to make, has only 3 steps, and they are so filling that a batch of them should last you a week or so in the freezer.
Healthier Peanut Butter & Chocolate Dessert
1 t. vanilla
1 c. creamy peanut butter (only ingredients should be peanuts and salt)
3 T coconut oil
1 T maple syrup
2 oz. dark chocolate
1/2 t. sea salt
1. In your food processor (how I love my food processor), mix together all the ingredients.
2. Spread into a glass or ceramic container that can be placed in the freezer. As you can see, this doesn’t make a large batch, so feel free to double if you’d like. Freeze until solid.
3. Using a sharp knife, cut into small pieces (I make them about 2 or 3 bites each). Stick back in the freezer in a bag or glass container and take one out at a time to enjoy. I think I’ll go have one right now!

Love how easy this looks! When I’m craving chocolate and peanut butter, I melt together some PB and choc chips in a metal measuring can on the stove over low heat, stir it together, and eat it with a spoon or spread it on toast.
Joanna – it really IS easy – and so yummy! I sometimes do the same thing you do – try dipping a cut banana into the melted chocolate and PB – yum!
These look so yummy…I LOVE peanut butter and chocolate! I’d love for you to share your recipe on my new blog hop, {Wheat-Free Wednesday}! Hope to see you there! 🙂
