I think July went pretty well overall:  Fireworks, 4th of July, Lake Tahoe.

  • Write and submit one guest post – done, but not posted yet
  • Finish outline for January Group Program – I’m super excited about this one and if you’ve ever wanted to improve not just your eating habits, but your whole families habits, this will be your chance!done and I’m working on the marketing plan!
  • Have blog posts written one week aheaddone!
  • Create recipes that center around a summer brunch – somehow I forgot this was my plan!  But I did share some other yummy recipes like the kid friendly cheesy zucchini bake, my method for perfect brown rice, a delicious herb roasted pork loin, a meatless Monday dish of Mushroom Penne, and my favorite chicken salad recipe!
  • Host a giveaway!completed – sent out the oil (and some other goodies) last week

  • Read 4 booksI actually read a ton more than 4 this month, but here are four I’d recommend (check them out on this link or at your local library):  The Homecoming of Samuel Lake by Jenny Wingfield, Sister: A Novel by Rosamund Lupton, Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts by Regena Thomashauer and Fragile by Lisa Unger
  • Date Night and/or Weekend Away Annual “grown up” trip to Vegas – so FUN!!!
  • Hang out with my friends at least 2x  – done!
  • Exercise 5-6x per week – pretty close, I’d say 75% of the time
  • One-on-one time with each childdone, made some great summer memories
  • Find new uses for Purification (Interested in learning more about this oil with me? I’ll post my experiences throughout this month, and in the meantime you can pick up a bottle for yourself here – if you are interested in buying your oil ahead of time, next month I’m going to experiment with Stress Away.  You can also join the Oil of the Month club and get additional info on the oils each month) – VERY cool oil, enjoyed this one a lot!

Something else I’ll be working on is re-vamping my morning routine.  Towards the end of July I’ll need to start thinking about the kids heading back to school – everything changes when we have to get up and moving at a certain time.   The easiest way to make sure my mornings run the way I want them to is a little planning.  If you need to improve your mornings, I encourage you to get your FREE copy of my 3 day e-course:  Discover Your Perfect Start to the Day. – done – don’t forget to get YOUR copy!
