We spent three weeks traveling, so I guess I have a decent excuse for feeling like it was rushed. Hopefully by sticking around all of July it won’t feel like I blinked and summer was over! To re-cap:
- Write and submit one guest post – didn’t happen
Have blog posts written one week ahead (and further to cover vacations), create July blog schedule– done! I wouldn’t have made it if I hadn’t done this one! Come up with some new seasonal recipes– this is EASY in the summer, so many good fresh veggies and fruits available! – done, Mango Tahini Smoothie, the perfect Margarita, Trail Mix and Grilled Zucchini Salsa
- Host a giveaway – next month – I do have one planned, just didn’t get to it!
Find several new uses for Valor(the oil for June) – done, loving Valor, whenever we have a sore back, we use it now! Start research and planning for next big group project– will start January 2013 – began this, but have a way to go
Read 4 books– done, The Slow Down Diet (great book!), Let the Great World Spin, Wolf by the Ears, Desperate Check them out HERE or at your local library Enjoy our annual “grown up trip” and summer family vacation!– So. Much. Fun. Hang out with my friends at least 2x– done – much easier now that the weather is nice – we naturally congregate outside!
- Exercise 5-6x per week – not my best month, although I did walk on the beach, at amusement parks, and did a little yoga now and then
One-on-one time with each child– done!
- Clean out office – well, I started!
How did your monthly goals go? After such a fun and interesting June, I’m definitely ready to get back to work in July!
