Yoga is something I am passionate about. I do twenty minutes of yoga almost every morning. Why? Because when I’m consistent, it keeps my shoulders loose, I have less pain, and feel healthier and calmer all day long.
At home, sometimes I use a yoga mat and sometimes I don’t. However, if I take a class at a gym or when I travel I always take a mat with me.
