Mango Tahini Smoothies
Not quite ready for green smoothies? Try a Mango Smoothie! Although I love the green ones, I understand not everyone else does. So, for the rest of you, here is another delicious (and very filling) smoothie that is perfect for summer!
1 cup frozen mango
1 t. tahini
Juice from one lime
1 cup water
1 drop Lime Essential Oil (optional)*
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Looks yummy doesn’t it? It’s very refreshing and a great way to start your day.
