Menu Planning keeps me sane! Honestly, if I didn’t plan a weekly menu, we’d probably eat pasta or go out to dinner every night. But, thanks to menu planning, I always have ingredients on hand for a variety of healthy, delicious dinners!
Week of March 10 – 16
Monday – Posole – LOVE this dish . . .
Tuesday – roast chicken, broccoli, bread and olive oil for the kids, dinner out for us!
Wednesday – chicken fried rice (with leftover chicken from last night)
Thursday – spaghetti
Friday – pizza, veggies and dip
Saturday – out as a family
Sunday – clean out the fridge night! (otherwise known as leftovers)
I’m also going to make some chicken salad for lunches with the rest of Tuesday’s chicken leftovers as well as some yummy chicken stock!
What are you making for dinner tonight? Need some more great ideas? Check out all the menu plans on OrgJunkie!
I’ve never had Posole … that sounds pretty interesting! (The radishes in the picture are what caught my eye!) … coming over from Organized Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday!
Jan, you really ought to try it – it is really yummy – and the toppings are key! (plus fun!)
