Wow! HOW can it be December already???
Here’s a quick re-cap on the goals I set for November, along with what was accomplished:
Goals for November:
- Exercise – cardio, strength and flexibility
- Healthier holiday food – some yummy recipes to replace the unhealthier versions – green beans, appetizer, cranberries, fondue
- Building relationships (friends and family) – Thanksgiving memory idea, walk and talk
Pretty successful I’d say! My other BIG goal for the month was to get the course outline complete for the New You, New Year program and that is FINISHED!!! I’ll be sending out a sneak peak of the course agenda next week, so if you aren’t on the advance notice list, sign up TODAY!
