November Goals

I like to end the year strong!  With all the holidays, parties and vacation days in the next two months, it’s very easy to let regular exercise slip – when really this is the time we need it the most!  So, this month, one of my main focus areas will be exercise.

Goals for November:

  • Exercise – cardio, strength and flexibility
    • Benefits
    • Ideas
    • How to make it work
  • Healthier holiday food – some yummy recipes to replace the unhealthier versions
  • Building relationships (friends and family)

Sounds like fun?  I think so.  I’d love to hear some of your goals for the months – feel free to share in the comments.  You’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish if you just put it out there and have others help hold you accountable!
