With Thanksgiving coming up this week, I thought I’d tie our weekly challenge into the holiday.

Don’t just think about it, but take a few moments and write it down. Go ahead. Right now. Doesn’t that give you a little warm and fuzzy feeling inside?
Want to take it a step further?
If you are thankful for someone in particular, tell them. If it is a “thing” or event, share it with someone else if you can.
Taking a few moments each day to consider what we are thankful for is a great way to create a happier life – giving thanks conjures up good feelings which can spill on over into the rest of your actions for the day.
