Tuesday Tip – Walk and Talk!

When life gets busy, some of the important things start to get pushed to the wayside.  Things like . . .

  • healthy eating
  • exercise
  • friendships

yet busy times are when you need those things the most!

Try combining two of these next time life gets crazy.  Call up a friend and plan a time to meet to “Walk & Talk.”  I guarantee you’ll have a fun catching up, get some exercise and feel great afterwards.

Early morning, lunchtime or late evening are all terrific times to get together.

So if your schedule looks a bit out of control this week, make that call TODAY – you’ll be glad you did.
