Weekly Goals April 13 – 19

Well, it’s been so many weeks since I last posted my goals, I don’t think I’ll even bother to re-cap!  That being said, I am ready to get back into a normal swing after a few weeks of vacationing, sporting events and tons of work!Weekly Goals

This Week’s Goals


  • Complete my most dreaded task first every day
  • Keep up with coaching coursework
  • Submit a guest post
  • Finish April blog posts


  • Read 2 books
  • Drink 6 glasses of water a day
  • Yoga 3x this week
  • Regular morning routine


  • First weekend of Spring Sports
  • Work on training our new puppy



  • Prep for next day each night
  • Clean up office so Bernie can work upstairs with me!
