Weekly Goals December 1 – 7

Not my most successful week, but I did have a terrific, completely work-free holiday weekend!

Business

  • Complete my most dreaded task first every daydone
  • Keep up with coaching coursework done
  • Pitch 2 guest posts (see last week’s success HERE) – done
  • Marketing for FREE webinar scheduled for December 16th – it’s going to help us all deal with the upcoming holidays in a healthy mannerdone, you can sign up HERE

Personal

  • Up by 6:30 Monday – Friday – except for Thanksgiving!
  • Read 2 books – only read one, but it was a good one (and long!): Big Little Lies
  • Drink 6 glasses of water a day! – most days
  • Exercise 5x (even though it’s a holiday week!)done, and did a few fun classes too – spin, weight workout class and a moving yoga type class

Family

  • Finish Christmas shopping done, wrapped and hidden!
  • Date nightfun couple of days of shopping and dinners out
  • Work on planning summer trips and camps – not much movement here

Household

  • Get my in-box under control – getting better
  • Prep for next day each night – two nights only
  • Clean the house – done
  • Christmas decorationsdone!
