Weekly Goals December 1 – 7
Not my most successful week, but I did have a terrific, completely work-free holiday weekend!

Business
Complete my most dreaded task first every day– doneKeep up with coaching coursework– donePitch 2 guest posts (see last week’s successHERE) – doneMarketing for FREE webinar scheduled for December 16th– it’s going to help us all deal with the upcoming holidays in a healthy manner – done, you can sign up HERE
Personal
- Up by 6:30 Monday – Friday – except for Thanksgiving!
- Read 2 books – only read one, but it was a good one (and long!): Big Little Lies
- Drink 6 glasses of water a day! – most days
Exercise 5x (even though it’s a holiday week!)– done, and did a few fun classes too – spin, weight workout class and a moving yoga type class
Family
Finish Christmas shopping– done, wrapped and hidden!Date night– fun couple of days of shopping and dinners out- Work on planning summer trips and camps – not much movement here
Household
- Get my in-box under control – getting better
- Prep for next day each night – two nights only
- Clean the house – done
Christmas decorations– done!
